NEW EQUIPMENT - CLEANER TRANSPORTATION (10.4.2018) Speed has acquired new low-emission Volvo FH and Volvo FH16 trucks. Due to Euro 6 -engines and several other technical innovations, transportations of Speed will be even safer, more economic and environmentally friendlier in the future.
SPEED AND GASUM - TOGETHER TOWARDS A CLEANER TOMORROW (9.4.2018) Speed Oy and a Nordic energy company Gasum have signed a significant contract for CNG container transportation. “Speed Oy as a reliable and environmentally responsible company was a natural choice as a partner. The company has both special knowledge, equipment and a strong mindset towards development for carbon neutral future, all of which are required for CNG container transportation” says Raul Kade, the product manager of Gasum.
THE VISUAL APPEARANCE OF SPEED HAS BEEN REDESIGNED (9.1.2018) The visual appearance of Speed Oy has been redesigned. The familiar colours, lines and Speed logo will still remain in use but in the future they will be supported by new and fresh Trucking Team Speed logo. The positive nature of the logo strengthens the corporate image of Speed as an easily approachable and friendly customer servant, for whom a satisfied customer is valued the most even in challenging circumstances.
MARKKU SAUKKOLA - SPEED DRIVER OF THE YEAR 2017 (27.11.2017) As recognition of the valuable work for the company, Speed Oy has chosen Markku Saukkola, Vallace Invest Oy, as the Driver of the Year 2017. The selection panel of Speed Oy appreciated Markku's professional ability and reliability as a driver combined with friendliness and politeness as a customer servant. In addition the panel particularly emphasized the positive feedback received from the customers as a selection criteria.
SPEED CELEBRATING HER 25 YEARS AWARDING MEDALS (2.10.2017) The 25th anniversary was celebrated and medals for the personnel were awarded as follows: 20 years employed by Speed: Jan Gädeke and Matti Vahla (in the photo). 10 years: Tom Liljestrand, Esko Parikka, Anne Lahti. 5 years: Marisa Utriainen.
