Tomi Piskunen (51) has been appointed CEO of Speed Oy as of 1.10.2024. He has spent his entire career in the logistics industry and for the past two years worked as Vice President of Speed Oy. The current CEO, Tuomo Vallas, will continue as Chairman of the Board Directors of Speed Oy and as the CEO of the Group’s parent company, Speed Group Oy.
“Tomi Piskunen’s long experience in the logistics industry and versatile knowledge of the operating environment provide him with an excellent starting point for managing Speed Oy’s business operations and implementing its strategy. I believe that under his leadership we will be able to further develop our service business and act as an innovative trendsetter in the transport industry also in the future,” says Tuomo Vallas.
